A Rust CLI tool built to solve the re-entry problem: returning to a project with incomplete context and no record of where you left off. Logs completed work and tracks a single next action per project, keeping re-entry cost low enough that continuing wins over starting over. Automatically installs a git post-commit hook on first run so commit messages double as log entries with no duplicate effort. Part of the Decrypt personal automation ecosystem.
Experience
- Completed Jackson Hewitt's professional tax training program (5-week course meeting three times weekly, followed by supervised practice scenarios and competency assessments) and obtained an IRS-issued Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Prepared individual (1040), small business, and multi-state tax returns as sole preparer at location while completing 57 returns in a single tax season, more than doubling the prior year's output and approaching the all-time location record of 63.
- Conducted client interviews to gather financial information and identify applicable credits and deductions.
